Account deletion

In the app

Open the app and go to YOU → Delete Account, then follow the confirmation steps. This permanently deletes the account data associated with the app, including:

• your readings and reading history;
• your Chapters and synthesis data;
• your daily card pull history and journal entries;
• your Points balance and Rites progress; and
• your profile and account credentials.

By email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email.

Please write from the email address used for your Liminal Tarot account, or include that account email in your message. We may need to verify account ownership before completing the request. We will process deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible after verifying account ownership.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions managed by Apple, Google Play, or Stripe are not cancelled by account deletion. If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel separately in Google Play → Subscriptions. Apple and web subscriptions are cancelled through their respective store or billing portal.
