How does the physical deck flow work?

You draw from your own deck. Liminal Tarot walks you through position by position — you tell it what you drew, and the reading is built around your cards, your spread, and the question you brought in. It’s designed to feel like reading at your table, not filling out a form. The card search uses standard Rider-Waite names and suits — if your deck uses different naming (like Coins instead of Pentacles), search for the Rider-Waite equivalent.

Each one unlocks small aesthetic details — a new card back design for your draws, a new emblem for your profile. Nothing flashy. Just a quiet acknowledgment that you’ve been showing up.

Can I add my own notes to readings?

Yes. You can write personal notes at three levels: on individual cards in a reading, on the reading as a whole, and on an entire Chapter. Your notes are private — they’re never shared or made public. When you generate a Chapter synthesis, you can choose to include your notes. The synthesis will weave them in as emotional context alongside the cards — not as facts to agree or disagree with, but as part of the story you’re telling yourself.

Is this the right app if I’m skeptical about tarot?

Yes. Your readings, notes, and journal entries are private to your account. We use trusted service providers to run the app, process payments, deliver support email, and generate readings. We don’t sell your personal data or publish your reading content. You can delete individual readings, purge your history, or delete your account entirely.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage to open billing management. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
