The World points to completion that is earned through experience, not merely reached on paper. It suggests integration, accomplishment, and fulfilment, often after a period when different parts of your life or self had to be brought into relationship with one another. Sometimes it literally touches travel, expansion, or a wider horizon; more often it describes the feeling of standing at the end of something and recognizing yourself as the person who made it through. This card carries closure, but also readiness for the next cycle because this one has been properly lived.
Reversed
Reversed, The World can describe incompletion that lingers because one last piece has not been faced, finished, or accepted. There may be delays, a temptation toward short-cuts, or a restless urge to move on before the deeper process has fully settled. At times the card points to seeking personal closure where external resolution may never arrive in a perfect form. The task is not endless polishing; it is giving the ending enough honesty that you can leave it without having to secretly keep returning.
